Refund policy
I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items that have been damaged or altered in any way cannot be returned. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, I'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions
This site sells both "personalized creations" and "pre-made creations" through this online storefront. Returns and exchange policies differ depending on the product classification, so please make sure you understand the differences before placing an order.
Personalized Creations
Any product that is personalized or customized in any way is referred to as a Personalized Creation. Examples of such Personalized Creations include but are not limited to: personalized wedding name signs, monogrammed items, or any item that is contracted as a special order.
Unfortunately, Personalized Creations cannot be accepted for return unless there is a spelling or typographical error that is my fault. When an order is placed for a Personalized Creation, I will send you a proof of the text and layout as you've submitted them to me. If I make a mistake in the production, such that there is an error in the final product that was not in the proof, that is my fault and I will remedy it via return or exchange within 30 days of receipt.
To prevent errors in the production of your personalized item, please review the proof carefully before approving it. Please check all details such as spelling, names, and dates carefully. Perhaps even have a friend or significant other take a second look.
Please note that I also reserve the right to cancel and refund your order at my discretion should the customized details submitted with the order be deemed offensive for language, content or material. I'm not a prude, but have no interest in producing anything explicitly offensive.
Pre-Made Creations
Any product that is not personalized or customized in any way is referred to as a "Pre-Made Creation." All Pre-Made Creations may be exchanged or returned within 30 days of receipt.
Returns and Exchanges
If your item is eligible for a return (see above details on Personalized Creations and Pre-Made Creations), you may do so by following the directions included with your shipment. For your convenience, there is no re-stocking fee associated with returns.
Refunds
I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
