I stand behind all of my products. If an item has been produced incorrectly or a product is somehow determined to be defective, I will make it right. If you have questions regarding custom merchandise, please contact me before placing your order.
I sell both “in-stock” and “personalized” items though this online shop. Returns and exchange policies differ depending on the product classification, so please make sure you understand the differences before placing an order.
Any product that is personalized or customized in any way is referred to as a “personalized” product. Examples of such personalized items include but are not limited to: personalized wedding decorations, monogrammed signs, or any item that is contracted as a special order.
Unfortunately, personalized products cannot be accepted for return unless there is a spelling or typographical error that is my fault. All refunds and exchanges on defective personalized items must be made within 30 days of receipt.
To prevent errors in the production of your personalized item, please review your personalization information carefully before submitting your order. Since I can’t be responsible for spelling errors submitted to me, please check spelling, names and dates carefully. Perhaps even have a friend or significant other take a second look.
Please note that I also reserve the right to cancel your order at my discretion should the customized details submitted with the order be deemed inappropriate for language, content or material.
Any product that is not personalized or customized in any way is referred to as “in-stock”, even if the product is shown as “out of stock” and requires additional time for me to replenish stock by making more. All in-stock products may be exchanged or returned within 30 days of receipt.
Returns and Exchanges
If your item is eligible for a return (see above details on Personalized and In-Stock items), you may do so by following the directions included with your shipment. For your convenience, there is no re-stocking fee associated with in-stock merchandise returns. Items that have been damaged or altered in any way cannot be returned.
